Lionheart Safety Systems is an independent Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety Consultancy based in North West London, Lionheart Safety was founded in 2017 with the ethos of partnering with small and medium businesses to offer bespoke safety management systems. To demystify ‘safety’ and to develop a positive food safety and health and safety culture.
Stuart Matthews, Founder and Safety Director of Safety had been a chef for over 20 years working for a London based function and event caterer, a world renowned private clinic, an international auction house and a famous music studio based in Camden.
While working as a chef, he studied and achieved his BSc hons. In Occupational Health and Safety Management. After working with large corporate clients, both national and international he noticed that there was a need for a more ‘artisanal’ approach to food safety and health & safety partnerships.
This is where lionheart Safety was born, the ethos of the company is to work with the client not just as a consultant but as a partner and member of the team offering simple, practical and pragmatic safety advice.
